![]() there are intermittent problems with Oracle patches - sometimes they just don't work, then next time they're fine. ![]() ![]() even after getting all 9 CDs assembled, you still have to navigate between them (no joined-up script, which I've now created in-house) - plus you need to specify a valid java path You have to delete hidden folders from Program Files (eg: Zero G Registry), remove registry entries, manually delete product folders. trying to uninstall + re-install a dataserver is not a clear-cut process. I couldn't find anything here on the exploder archives, and after over a week with PTC Tech support, I felt it was time to gather some info from others, and have a mini-rant:Ĭan anyone else say "SNAP" to anything on this list of issues we had with our test server (I've worked thru install/de-install process several times in preparation for our 10 dataservers): ![]() I know the question title is way behind the 8.0 bandwagon, but has anyone else experienced issues with the 3.4 upgrade? I was naive enough to think 3.3 to 3.4 would be a simple point upgrade.
